Chris Neary is the instructional design and technology consultant for the Higher Education Administration and Policy program at Northwestern University. In his work he channels his higher education experiences while partnering with researcher-practitioners in graduate-level classrooms. He is particularly interested in synchronous course engagement (whether in person or remote), intentional and impactful use of technology, and assessments that address justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in course pedagogies and course content.

Chris earned his doctorate in education and master's degree in political science at Iowa State University. He also graduated with a bachelor's degree in journalism from Michigan State University.
